Justin “SEXZCHEF” DeSimone
Justin has been a South Florida Chef since 2010 after moving from South Jersey where he owned and operated a high-end Italian deli & catering company. Then in 2014, SEXZCHEF became the face of the mobile catering emporium at Potions In Motion Catering & Events In Boca Raton, Florida.
He was instrumental as creator of thousands of special events from:
-Annual Yacht Shows In Miami, Ft.Lauderdale & West Palm Beach.
-Appeared on Bravo’s RHONJ and was featured by Andy Cohen's After Show for his famous salty crab cakes.
- Worked alongside at The Boys & Girls Club Of America annual charity events with Jay Leno.
- Had the pleasure of working with Tony Robbins in Palm Beach Island for one of his special member presentations.
His passion and desire to satisfy clients starts as soon as his creative mind grabs onto ingredients. It’s all about talking to his ingredients as well as understanding what each of his clients enjoy that makes every moment in the kitchen romantic. Sexzchef takes extra care cooking in the kitchen to ignite his internal feeling of love and respect for flavors, presentation and matching the theme for the occasion. This helps his thoughts penetrate deep into each and every item ultimately allowing his clients to scream out in pure enjoyment with each sexz bite.
A Venezuelan cook, from a young age he discovered skills in the art of gastronomy, inspired by his father, his love and passion for culinary art grew, which led him to take the step to enter the restaurant industry.
In his career he has had the opportunity to open and advise several restaurants in Latin America such as Colombia, Venezuela and Peru, which opens the doors to work in the USA with companies and 5-star restaurants such as MAKOTO from Chef Makoto Okuwa developing and learning the art of Japanese and robatayaki gastronomy which he reinforced with his knowledge of NIKKEI (Japanese / Peruvian fusion) food.
Nowadays he works with his own catering company called SMOKED by Howard Silva, where he created his own style which he gave the name OMAKASE BBQ which consists of the traditional Japanese omakase style fusing techniques, flavors, aromas and textures of other styles. of gastronomy of South America working with a wide range of cuts and Japanese proteins, all made with charcoal and firewood, giving its diners an experience like no other.
